Live workshop
The corporate game is the unwritten scorecard that decides who gets promoted, who gets paid, and who gets passed over. It has levels, rules and a language, and nobody hands you the rulebook when you arrive.

My story
I was 19 when I walked into my first corporate office. Front desk, construction company. I remember the weight of that phone and how quickly I learned to keep my voice steady on it.
I was the first one in and the last one out. I ordered the catering, fixed the printer, remembered everyone’s wife’s name. And I watched the people who arrived at nine and left at five get handed the roles I was quietly desperate for.
For years I thought the answer was volume. More hours, more output, more proof. I gave them everything I had, and the review came back with the word “exceptional” on it and nothing else that mattered.
Then one day I sat in a room I had no business being in, and I heard how the decisions were actually made. Who was mentioned, who was trusted, who was already priced in for the next role. It had almost nothing to do with how hard anyone worked.
That was the day the game became visible to me. And once you can see it, you can't unsee it.
Within 18 months I went up three levels. Eventually I was leading 60 people in a business that grew to $250 million, sitting on the other side of the table, watching names come up and knowing exactly why each one was there.
I’m teaching you the whole game on 31 October. Live, in one room, with time to ask me anything.
On 31 October, I’m teaching the whole game live for $33.
The pattern
You're not underperforming. You're unpriced. Those are two completely different problems, and only one of them is solved by more effort.
Every difficult client, every rescue, every late deliverable lands on your desk, because you make it look effortless. Reliable is the compliment they give you instead of the promotion.
Your KPIs are the strongest on the floor. Your written feedback is a paragraph of soft language about widening your influence and being more visible at senior level, with no route attached to either.
Leadership would love to, and the band simply does not stretch this cycle. The conversation ends politely, the cycle closes, and your number stays exactly where it was.
Prove you are already operating at the next level, and the title will follow. You have been operating at that level, unpaid, for well over a year now.
The golf day, the dinner the night before the strategy session, the drinks with the two directors. You hear about them afterwards, from someone who was there. That is where the shortlist gets written.
You documented everything, you stayed professional, and you asked for exactly what you were worth. What followed was a long silence, and a quiet sense that you had become the problem. You had.
If you recognise yourself in three of those six, the problem isn't your work. It's that nobody taught you the game.

The number
Move the slider to your salary. Here is the arithmetic on a standard promotion package at your level, and the amount you leave on the table every year you delay the conversation.
In plain terms: a 10% raise is your salary divided by ten, a 20% bonus is your salary divided by five, and together they are the difference between where you're and where that seat already pays. Your next raise is calculated on this new number, which is why the gap widens every cycle you stay quiet.
This is the exact method I used to get three promotions in 18 months. I added $27,000 to my own number using it, and then taught it to the people in my team.

The old rules
Results do not speak. People do, in rooms you are not in. The moment someone presents your work to the executive team, they become the author of it, and you become the resource who produced it.
At your level, delivery is the entry ticket. Everyone at that table can deliver. What separates you is whether a senior leader is willing to spend their own credibility on your name.
Politics is the word we use for influence when we resent it. Influence is a skill. The org chart is a relationship map, and reading it is not a character flaw.
There is no queue at this level. There is a shortlist, it is written before the role is ever posted, and the only way onto it is through someone who was in the room when it was drafted.
In this masterclass I'm revealing what actually happens in those rooms, why the rules you were given stopped working at your level, and the exact moves to fix it. You leave with actions, not theory.
The new way
If that phrase is new to you, here is the plain version: the corporate game is the set of unwritten rules that decides who gets promoted, and everybody is playing it whether they know it or not. These are the five levels.
Strong delivery, no visibility, and no idea that being seen is a separate job from being good.
You stop pretending it is not a game, and you stop treating that as a moral failure. This is the level this masterclass takes you through.
The hard conversation, the executive language, the ask, and the presence that makes a room listen.
Relationships above you, beside you and below you, built deliberately rather than left to chance.
You are the person leadership thinks of first, before the role is even written up. The seat means the room where the decisions actually get made, and you are in it.
The nine things you're actually scored on
Everything you've been measuring yourself against is missing from it. Maybe your burnout isn't on there either.
Here is the secret
Three rules decide almost everything at your level. Change your behaviour on these three and the scoreboard moves.
Winning the argument and losing the relationship is a net loss. The person who is trusted gets the role, even when someone else had the better answer.
If the only person who knows what you did is your manager, your manager owns your story and can tell it any way they like.
Your review is where you hear the decision. It is not where the decision is made, and it is not where you can still change it. By the time you are sitting in that room, the shortlist has already been written, the budget has already been agreed, and the person delivering the news is usually not the person who chose.
Notice that none of this asks you to be fake, ruthless or loud. It asks you to stop treating the game as a character flaw and start treating it as a skill you can learn in an afternoon.
Count me inInside the room
These are the 90 minutes that explain the game nobody's explaining to you, delivered in the room, with your own situation on the table.
Who is in the room, what is discussed before the role is ever posted, and the two sentences that decide whether your name survives the conversation.
How to build a relationship with a leader two levels above you, and the five questions that turn a fifteen minute coffee into a sponsor who speaks about you when you are not there.
The language that replaces “I have been working really hard” with a number and a business case, plus how to work out the number you should be asking for.
What happens behind closed doors after you escalate, why it lands on you, and the routes that move you forward without burning your name.
Executive presence without performing, how to disagree with a senior leader and stay trusted, and how to hold a position when someone senior pushes back.
You do not have to become a version of yourself you do not like to hold a title you have already earned.

Show up live
I reward leaders who show up. When you're in the room with me on the day, I'm in there with you, and I make sure you walk away with something.
And in case nobody has said this to you: a unicorn in corporate is the person every team wants on their side and nobody can replace. That's the person I'm teaching, and that's who I want in the room.
Scores you against the nine things you're actually judged on, so you know exactly where you stand before you ask for anything.
Lifetime access to the community, occasional voice note training from me, and the monthly live call and Q&A.
One hour alone with me on your situation, your numbers and your next move, so you leave with a plan rather than a pile of notes.
Drawn live in the room on 31 October, announced before we finish, and only for the people who are there on the day. Turn up, speak up, and you're in it.

If you're the person everyone depends on and nobody's promoting, I want you to know something before we start. I have been exactly where you're sitting, and I know how lonely that seat gets.
For 22 years I climbed this thing from the front desk to the executive table. I did it without a mentor, without a sponsor and without a single person explaining the rules to me. I collected the lessons the expensive way, in real rooms, with real consequences.
Here is what I want for you. I want you to walk into your next review already knowing the outcome, because you built it in the months before. I want you to hear your own name come up in a room you're not standing in. And I want you to stop spending your best years hoping that effort alone will be noticed by people who aren't looking for effort.
You're already the calibre of person who gets promoted. You're simply missing the map. Come and get it, and let me be the person in your corner while you use it.

You can spend another year being the most dependable person in the building, watching somebody else get handed the title. Or you can learn the game on purpose, before your next review, and walk in already knowing how it ends.

The review cycle you're waiting on isn't a fairness decision, it's a cost decision. The company isn't being cruel, it's being efficient. The only thing that changes it's you, in a room, with a number.
